"I came in for my warranty check on my new truck. After they took the truck from the drive lane 3 minutes later I got a text saying my warranty inspection was complete and checked out good. How did they inspect my truck in 3 minutes? I was also getting an oil change and tire balance and rotation. My truck was done in Les than 30 minutes from them taking it to the back. My tires were not rotated or balanced because 2 weeks ago I made a small mark on my front right rim from a curb. When I got my truck that mark was still on the front right rim. The tires were not even rotated. The paperwork I got said they rotated them. Now I am questioning if the oil was even changed. I have an appointment at another dealership next week where I purchased the truck to have the oil checked and the tires to truly be balanced and rotated. Something that Carl Black lied about and did not do."

"The customer service has gone downhill. It’s as if they really don’t care about you. The service advisor was so busy selling you something and not taking care of a problem that you really needed. I needed my Monitor tire system fixed and I know that it was covered under the warranty because the last time I had one to go out he said (Zach) that it was covered. Also, when I picked up my car, my monitor system on my drivers side was out and when I dropped off my car it was working fine.So after this visit I will take my business to another Chevrolet dealership."
