"Need a diagnostic for a claim. Showed same day and found out the issue. Said if company gave issues he had lots of experience dealing with them and if I needed additional paperwork he had me no problem. I informed I problem would amd even the car not worth the damages I need an invoice with cost to repair because well claim was denied. Car had 149 electric codes. The device I had fried all components. Car totaled out and I have called, emailed, text and now ignored. I paid the 150 he asked for and just got claimed denied because the correct information needed i can't get and was told that any additional help from them he would definitely help me due to the company is a scam and messed up close to 50% of the vehicles they have equipment on. He even made sure to personally check my car he said in case they wanted to try court we would have all areas covered."

"11/26/23 Sunday We were on our way home from AL, headed to IN. The water pump on our suburban went out an hour south of Nashville. Jason was super at communicating and getting there.
