"The car wash it the best bar none, but it's a select few of the guys that are Lackadaisical, unconcerned, conceited, it's absolutely ridiculous. They don't even open on time. Which makes you late for the events of your morning. Like I said it's not all of the guys. Some of the guys here are absolutely terrific, but the ones who are not they need to be cut. And forget about them answering the phone. Customer service and customer experience needs to really be reevaluated."

"Great when something is not broken which was the case today - yet again. Today it was the blower…always something. Even more frustrating they don’t answer the phone so you can check before driving there only to learn something is broken. Trying to stick with them because of the convenience it would be if it weren’t always an issue. Patience running thin…will likely return back to Byhalia Car Wash."

"Not enough towels. Not all vacuums function. Compressed air did not work. When all is functioning it is a good value and works well. Also be careful of people who do not know how to put their car in neutral and keep foot off brake. You could easily run into the rear of them."

"I’ve been a member for about 6 months or so and love this car wash when it works. However, often times the vacuums and compressed air rarely or barely work. I often have to go from bay to bay to find a working vacuum. The vacuum suction is often times minimal which is frustrating and results in my just not attempting to vacuum at all. The last two times I went there was no compressed air at all. The system appears to be poorly maintained and some vacuum hoses don’t have nozzles. This is really disappointing considering my membership includes 3 vehicles. Furthermore, I have yet to see any evidence of tire shine, and it’s a part of my package. The advertising of package details is very misleading."

"Update 2 : Brent made sure my car repairs were paid for and I am happy that apart from the initial concersational delays, he later stood by his word to fix the issue. I had taken the car to Maaco for repainting and the repaint is satisfactory with a 5 year warranty on it. Update: See the Night Photos with the review to see the severity. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS CAR THROUGH THESE ROLLERS. IT SCRATCHED and DENTED MY BRAND NEW CAR'S ENTIRE ENGINE BONET. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE BRENT AGRREED THAT these scratches must be from the horizontal roller that is dropped down. There is no other way the paint chip or dents could happen. I only wash my car at their Collierville and Cordova locations. Brent was supposed to call me back with a resolution within 2 hours on 16th July 2023 after he filed an incident report, I have not recieved any confirmation from them for the past 2 weeks, and I have visited them atleast 4 times since then. Todat Jazz has assured me that she will take care of this by pushing the manager to look at it. Didn't expect such horrific service from them. I am attaching today's video footage showing them stopping to use the horizontal roller proving that there might be something wrong with it."
