"So the old staff was honestly pretty amazing. Seems like they got a whole new line of staff in the pharmacy department and it has been terrible. From service to just plain old attitude and respect. The pharmacist will point her nose upwards and talk down to you like you are some lower life form bothering her. They made mistakes on my last two pick ups. The most recent mistake I called my doctor so he could talk to them and get it sorted out. When he called me back even he was very confused as to why the pharmacist was so rude and why she didn’t seem to understand that THEY MADE THE MISTAKE, he warned me to find another pharmacy as he noted that she will most likely flag me even though they were in the wrong and he was able to get the situation fixed… unfortunately will not be coming back after this week because I do not want to be spoken down to like I’m less then… though with the attitude the pharmacist gives I’m sure they don’t care to loose customers."

"Your drive thru should be for pick up and drop off of prescriptions only. If they have a problem they should drive around and walk in. I’ve been sitting in a line of three cars for over 10 mins finally I drove around and walked in. Your drive thru is run poorly"

"I love this walgreens. I hope here once a month atleast for my prescriptions & I haven't been treated any different because of the meds I take. That hasn't always been the case, even @ other Walgreens..especially the Walgreens in Alcoa on Hall Rd. They treated me bad just because the kind of medication I take and its not pain pls I will say that. So THANK YOU EMPLOYEES OF THE WALGREENS PHARMACY on SOUTH NORESHORE RD. Much Gratitude from me."

"Horrible communication and professionalism by the pharmacy staff. We have always had a great experience at CVS on Northshore but unfortunately had to switch back due to insurance changes. We will be finding somewhere else to get our prescriptions. They do not put any effort into helping patients."

"Terrible. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for pharmaceutical needs. I called last week to make sure that my medicine would be ready for pick up today. Called back this afternoon to confirm and the response I get..."we don't have it". Long awkward silence, nothing else. I repeated what I was told and received the same response. Their best solution was for me to call around, and find it myself at another pharmacy. They have had this prescription for over a month. Lady was rude and direct. Look at all the other reviews....they know they suck, that's why they are not commenting on the mostly negative reviews. Sub Mediocracy at it finest in this location."
