"I currently drive a 2019 infinity qx50. I had a tire leak. I waited an hour and half for a tire plug and they broke the sensor on my tire. I called them once I noticed my tire wouldn't registered. They said my sensor was busted and it would cost me an additional $98.00 to repair. It definitely was not busted. It was working prior to me being my car in. Not happy at all. I won't be returning."

"Fisher came highly recommended from friends. Had an oil change and 4 new tires. There was a small mistake made- the oil filter used in my car had a puncture hole. This caused all the oil to spew out a few days later while out of town. It was Labor Day weekend so not much could be done. Walmart gave me a new filter to get home. Upon my return I had fisher take a second look, and brought them the punctured filter. They refunded me for the oil change and were extremely apologetic. I appreciated their customer service and their urgency throughout the situation. Overall it seems like it was a rare error that can happen when getting oil changes. I plan on returning for my next oil change and continuing to recommend them to others. It’s rare to find an honest, family run business like this."
