"Warning- novel coming We got to store @3:45. Nice lady came & asked what looking for. She helped pick boots & left. I took ~20 min trying boots & picking ones I wanted. 2 more ladies came by, asking if we needed help. I came for 1 pair boots for Christmas but ended up w/2 as I found a pair marked “defective” &discounted @$64.99. It looked like there was cracked outside lining which was fine @price. I thought good deal so wanted to get both pairs before realizing that discount boot had wrong size. Note (important later)- the boot had 2 tags- original price tag &discounted tag- the original tag fell off so I grabbed& carried. Anyway I needed the 8 which was marked down but it was paired w/7.5. We looked for matching 8 but could not find. I tried 7.5 & was tight but thought could work if stretched. Mom thought they could stretch it or help find the 8. 2 cashiers helped checkout line so we walked store trying to find someone else. No luck-we went restroom waiting for someone to come around. From our POV, we saw 3 employees earlier so did all take break @same time, etc.? We didn’t see a single soul other than cashiers. Finally lady came out when mom left restroom so asked help w/situation. She scoured shelves & displays trying to find the matching 8. No dice. All 3 of us @that point could only find one 8 and an extra 7.5. She found another employee to help since no one could find matches. Employee looks& comes up w/same conclusion. Now we ask if they can sell us mismatched boots & could stretch out the 7.5. Lady said yes but also we could order online. I was okay w/damage & liked idea having both pairs. I mentioned discount. Mom asked if we could get the boots online for same price& they said no. Makes sense. Again asked if we could get pair &stretch 7.5. Now they say they need to ask “Mike” up front. We follow. When up there, they both jump on cash registers w/out another word & help people in line. I get it-it’s Christmas, they’re busy & need to get the line moving. Yet this line keeps growing &we’re just standing off to side waiting. We got frustrated as we continued to wait as they helped >30 other customers coming thru line. I told mom I’m not sure if I want anymore- nothing worth that long wait *just for answers* 20+ min drag by (felt longer) & a guy asked if we needed help. Mom said were supposed to be being helped. He said ok. A little later guy comes back & decides to help. Mom is frustrated (me too) but trying to contain (wasn’t his fault) explaining the situation. She mentioned how long we’d been waiting & said she knows many people to take care of but we were customers too. He apologized & offered discount. He said they could stretch 7.5 so mom asked if I could try after to check fit. He said no b/c overnight process but 60 day policy if need to return. He was nice, polite& we both know we were v irritated by then. He handled it well. He had the best customer service @store. He started to ring up when another guy, presumably “Mike” came over. The guy actually helping us told him how we had waited long time & was giving us a discount. They had some issues trying to type up boot number. Mom realized what they were doing & handed original price tag but points out discount ticket b/c there something wrong w/them. “Mike” says that tag isn’t theirs & they can’t sell the boots @that- which it wasn’t some sticker- looked like legitimate tag w/plastic looped thru. They found in system @$150. “Mike” asks if still want. Mom kind of outraged *but didn’t yell/make scene* asks “for 2 dif size boots?” “Mike” sends the guy to look for the other boot b/c must “be there” He comes back w/pair 7.5s -not needed. So he’s sent back to look for the 8. Time passes “Mike” apologizes for wait but we’re annoyed b/c we know there’s not another 8. After while, he returns only w/original 8. “Mike” then asks if we want to order online. Mom asks how much. “Mike” says $150 but offers free shipping to store. Nothing for our wasted time. We said no & left 5:15 -would’ve been 4:15 if we’d known couldn’t buy those boots, much less @price we thought."
"Great store found a really nice belt, great customer service although, I wish they had a little more selection and black cowboy hats. Because when I got my tan one, they had a better selection. Still, they have a nice selection of accessories."
"Huge shoutout to Ryan, Michael, & Addie who helped me with the tremendous task of getting 15 hats in various sizes for the Oracle Red Bull Racing team that was coming to Nashville for Red Bull Showrun. They took nearly an hour helping me find sizes or alternates if they didn't have a size in a hat that we wanted. They took plenty of time & worked within a budget I had set walking in. Attached are photos from the event with the team & Daniel Ricciardo wearing the hats they helped me pick out!"
"To start off, I dropped my hat off on a Saturday to get it shaped. Went back in the following Saturday and the young lady at the shaping counter had no idea where my hat was, nor was it shaped.. I had to locate my own hat and ask her to shape it.. she messed my hat up.. I was very disappointed in this boot barn.. I have been to boot barns from Arizona to Florida and this was the worst experience.. very poor customer service.. Luckily the ladies at Rustler Hat Co was able to kinda fix it.. I honestly think boot barn owes me another hat.."
"Emily was the sweetest girl...just fabulous in helping me find the best, most comfortable Corral boots to coordinate with my bridesmaids dress. The employees know their stuff and make it a very pleasant experience."
