"Zero stars if I could to match the customer service we received. Booked a 2PM appointment and wasn’t even greeted until 2:40. I don’t know who “helped” us because she never gave her name. She also didn’t provide any information in helping us make decisions. We could have accomplished more online without wasting our time coming in. Thankfully Men’s Warehouse spammed me with tons of emails, texts, and a phone call to verify this appointment all to provide zero service upon arrival. Keep your specials, I’d rather pay more somewhere else."
"Ordered something over a year online to be delivered to the store, which then I no longer needed, and I spoke to someone at that time who told me that I didn't need to come back in to return it because they had it. Fast forward to today and a package shows up with that item. Apparently they never actually returned it for me and the credit card charge was never reversed, and now they can't do anything about it or so they claim, and my credit card company won't allow me to dispute the transaction because it was so long ago. Thankfully it was a small transaction, but this is a poor customer experience and a demonstration of their employees not doing what they said they were going to do for the customers. It would have been easy for them to offer me store credit or something if they couldn't process the refund, but they took zero responsibility and said they didn't work there when all this happened. I will not be coming back to this store."
"No one has made our wedding feel less important than the employee did today. My fiancé was nearly left in tears at how pushed aside we were. We had made this appointment for 2 PM a week ago. We were looking forward to it. I was going to purchase my suit, and set up rentals for my 10 groomsmen. It doesn’t take a genius to know that this is a fairly large sale. Our appointment was not treated seriously, we were not expected, and the employee never introduced herself to us. There was no congratulations, no consultation, and she repeatedly stated that several suits we were interested in were “not professional looking.” We were directed to a table after we gave up on finding my suit today. (5 minutes. It took 5 minutes for me to know that this was hopeless.) I had hoped to at least get my groomsmen’s rental ready. We were left at this table so the employee go “grab coffee” and got to see other customers getting much better service. I then saw the employee on a computer and just ignoring us. We stood up. I tried to make eye contact with the employee. Then we left. No one even noticed. This branch has absolutely failed in acquiring a purchase. I have worked with Men’s Warehouse previously but now I am left feeling like I need to take my business elsewhere."

He referred to one of the suits as a 'piece of junk,' which was both offensive and unhelpful. When I inquired about trying on a suit, his response was discouraging, saying it would make me 'look like a box.' It's crucial for businesses in the wedding industry to provide a supportive and respectful environment, given the significance of these events in people's lives. I hope this establishment can improve its customer service"
