"Had to give one star just so I can make a review. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE,HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The associates were rude, my friends credit card through them was having issues working so one of the coordinating managers agreed to put her items on hold and when she went back first thing this morning she was told her stuff was put back as we were just there yesterday at 1 pm. Usually when you hold something in retail it’s 24 hrs. They were not helpful at all yesterday durning the process. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK THERE!!"

"I was excited when Marshall's opened their new store in Lebanon, Tennessee. I have been a couple of times since the opening and haven't been able to find anything. I don't think they have a very good selection in women's clothing. I think most of their clothes are for younger women. However, I still enjoy going in there to browse."
"Have so many new items in stock. From clothing for your entire family, beautiful Christmas decorations, kitchen items, bath towels, blankets, and throws. Check out their toy section, so much to choose from and prices that don't deflate your piggy bank! Some items that you might find at Barnes and Nobles but at almost a third off. Day I shopped for toys moms and grandparents had shopping baskets filled with toys. So, from footware to purses to lamps to pet supplies, they have it all! Don't delay. After Thanksgiving, your gift selection will start disappearing, cause everyone is looking for a great deal!"
