"Fire the whole staff it’s horrible, I can’t even take my time to look around to see if the item of my choice of something I wanted. I was so uncomfortable by this rude staff who is impatient because I wanted to look first before purchasing anything, I’m being rush while they holding their head as if their so bothered by me looking and mumbling under their breath and laughing. One say it don’t even take all that. I want be returning and I’m going change my service I’m sick of the unprofessionalism at Verizon."

"So today I went to the Verizon store for some assistance, just to be able to speak with someone. I was told we cannot help you by an associate named O. Then associate Allen steps up and ask my situation. I explain what I am trying to understand. Allen turns around and talks to O. Allen then turns around and says “look man we are retail now you coming in here I am looking to see how I can make your bill higher” “ this just isn’t the place for you” I was told. To be clear I asked Allen “ do you mean to say you are just here to make my bill higher and take my money”. Allen laughed and said yes."

"Went there I wanted to port 4 lines from ATT and possibly purchase two phones, it was locked and security had to unlock it and tell me ratio to the people is 1:1 and there was two people inside with each rep there was one. I wanted to browse and check out the plans but they wouldn’t even let me in, so I just left I’m not waiting outside in the car or in the heat. Not sure what ratio of 1:1 means or why that is even happening, everyone is at full capacity, everything is open and it’s just rude to post hours you are open and not let costumers in to just look around and browse. I will either go to another location or stay with ATT if that’s how their company policy is"

"The customer representatives did not help whatsoever instead, they were very persistent on having you leave the store. Even the security became impatient with a few customers. Highly do not recommend"
