"The employees at this location are polite and helpful however this is the second time I have come to this store during normal business hours and the store is just closed for no reason. There's no sign on the door stating why they're closed or even saying they are closed and it's frustrating to go up the street from my house to the store just to find out it's closed at 1:00 in the afternoon."

"Have not been to this location in awhile, but needed to make a quick stop. This location does not have enough people working and the store is extremely junkie. They make sure to announce every second, that the store is being monitored by security with no associates in the store."

"This dollar general use to be great. Now this store closes randomly , with no sign on the door. I'm here on a Saturday at 4:14 p.m. and it's closed. I sat here until 5:15p.m. and never opened. No explanation. I've watched 20 cars pull in , get out and go to the door and have to get back in their car and drive away. So much lost business. When you call the number you get no answer for50+ rings."

"One of the best dollar general stores in Memphis. The store is tidy, they’re well stocked, and they work hard to keep the lines moving so you can be in and out! Typically they’re all pretty friendly. We must take into account that there is a pandemic and these employees make sure to follow all safety precautions to keep everyone safe. I really appreciate that!"

"Manager (i believe) who took care of me at check out was obviously busy with an abundance of items behind the counter that were out of place looked like clutter hell back there she was so busy with that that while checking me out she forgot to hit something and my card declined plus i had to go #1 so bad there was about to be a cleanup in check out about to be called and she had to not only get the key but personally escort me to unlock the bathroom door for me and to both of our surprise there was half a bag of kitty litter strewn across the floor for some reason HOWEVER despite all these things Ms. Manager or clerk or whatev her title is not once even frowned a little bit! She has a pleasant attitude and wonderful customer service. This store is not in what anyone at all would call a "good neighborhood" but she made me feel like i was on the other side of town in there and even had a sweet little question/statement for me when i was walking out despite still being busy with stuff behind the counter people in line and a cop asking her questions at the moment too. It's personal what the statement/question was but it was very sweet and considerate of her and her attitude makes her a customer service angel anyone would be lucky to have her as an employee!"
