Knoxville Melting Pot

"My husband and I went for Valentine's Day for a late lunch. They had a set menu, which was fine. We added a lobster tail to our order. They failed to remove the digestive tract from the tail. It was disgusting. I removed what I could see. I should've had them take it back, but I didn't. The rest of the food was great as usual! The service was a little slower than usual, and they weren't terribly busy yet. They had a sign posted at the hostess desk saying you can only have 1.5 hours to eat. I had no idea there was a time limit to the meal. They automatically added a 22% gratuity to the bill also which we didn't like. All that said, I love The Melting Pot and will go back for now, although the way the restaurant is managed seems to be changing. However, I will not order a lobster tail again!"

"We had the best server, Katelyn (not sure how she spells it) who hosted our party and made sure the two vegans in our group were well-accommodated. She explained the process to those of us who had never been to The Melting Pot and made sure we had a fantastic dinner. It was truly such a special evening and I can’t wait to go back! Also, the vegan options were absolutely amazing!"

"My husband and I came for the first time to have dinner for our first wedding anniversary, and we truly had a wonderful dining experience. Our server, Autumn, was incredible! She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations! We decided to have the Big Night Out to try a little bit of everything! She even gave us the sweetest card to remember the occasion. We will most definitely be coming back to see Autumn and eat yummy food!"
