"I always hit up Cook Outs when I am in the parts of the country that have them, they are great and this one was no exception. My big double burger was delicious."

"Consistently get good, quick service here for years. Really haven't had any issues at all in the last 2 years or more. Theres a young guy that's been working the window the last few months who is super polite and pleasant to interact with, even when they're slammed on a weekend night. Only complaint at all is that when I order cajun fries, it's usually just a bag of regular fries with seasoning thrown on top of the bag so most of the fries don't have any."

"Picture it, Knoxville, blizzard of 2024. Three bored and hungry souls venture out of their humble abode in search of a burger and shake combo. Lo and behold, what do they see?! The Cedar Bluff Cookout. Were they short staffed? Of course! But did they let it get them down? Heck, no. Markel crushed it. He was working not only the front register, but the drive thru as well. Despite this, he was a cool as a cucumber and friendly to boot. LOVE. Shout out to Markel!!!"

"They have a young African American female working the cashier. I do not know why when she has a terrible attitude. She gets an attitude when taking your order, her facial expressions are nasty, she opens the window and doesn’t tell you your price. My husband told her thank you when we received our order. She ignored him and shut the window. I called cookout and spoke to the manager Daniel and explained to her the issues. I also awared Daniel that I will continue to call each time the young lady has an attitude. I told her if she is going to treat customers like that, she needs to be in the back or learn some manners. If this continues, I will be contacting the next highest position and will be reporting the young lady and the manager . The young lady seems to think her attitude is funny and cute. She cuts up with her co workers but immediately greets customers with a bunch of attitude. It doesn’t seem like management is doing their job and making sure the staff is treating customers well. Prior to this young lady, we were always greeted with good customer service. People do not pay money to a restaurant to be treated ugly. If you have a complaint about this young lady, contact the manager immediately. The manager is Daniel."
