"Long hair dude is cheeks and there policy is also cheeks.. I wouldn't recommend getting there warranty on anything unless you want used items in return.. who would want a refurbished controller when the warranty is supposed to cover a new one lol so I'm supposed to get a refurbished one with potentially the same problem. Not me I will be buying from Walmart for a guaranteed new one with a warranty... I dont want to get started on the customer service..."
"The male counter worker is pushy, rude and overall unprofessional. Always talking down to customers in a demeaning manor when not buying into the rewards program. As of 2023 i wouldn't recommend giving this establishment business as long as he works there. Unless you think getting pressured into something you don't want any part of and getting insulted and publicly humiliated about your appearance or how you may smell that day is fun. Never going back."
