"Needed a new battery for my truck. Was told that they no longer changed battery if it was too hard. There PC states it would take a pro 45 mins to do. Went to auto zone instead and it took 15mins to walk a new guy in training through the change out… guess I know where to spend my money now."

"Employees at this location aren't knowledgeable about most vehicles. If you have an issue with your purchase be it on online or in store good luck getting it solved by Bob the manager, refused to do a refund properly and I got over charged for items I already purchased online, also didn't get the correct items for the second time. Then refused to do any refund or help with my issue, so I asked the other employee if he could help, Bob said it would have to be ok'd through himself "Bob" and he won't ok the refund nor exchange the items... Will adjust to 5 start when this location gets knowledgeable managers and employees who knows what they're doing."

"I have been coming to this advance auto since it opened. Usually have a great experience and have met some interesting people there over the years. I have been a manager of various retail stores over the years and try to understand that turnover is very high due to poor pay in retail and slow to adjust to the market. My suggestion with everone being so short staffed and supply chain issues . Be happy they are even open at all. And sometimes have the part they say they did. Retail has changed and service is all but dead.. thanks to staff for even trying. Brian and his big dog Charlie..."

"Maybe they were having an off day I don't know but I seen something behind the counter that I was wanting to purchase and asked the lady if she could get it and she said you can go back there and get it kinda rudely. I didn't care to get it myself I wasn't aware that I could go behind the counter to get it. Anyways I could have done without the smart mouth. Other than that seems like a good store."
