"I was traveling on I 75 north coming back home to Halls during a heavy down pour when my passenger side windshield wiper blew off. I stopped at Auto Zone in Fountain City and asked if they installed wiper blades. I tried buying the cheapest ones and Gary tried to install them but they would not fit my car. When we returned them, Brian pulled out a better set that would fit and Brian and Gary installed them for me while it was still raining hard. Neither of them would accept a tip for their service. As long as I'm in this area and need any parts, Auto Zone in Fountain City is the only store I'll use. Bob E."

"Under staffed for counter people to help in person sales. Waited approximately 20 minutes to be checked out because I was paying cash. The sales person finally came to the register and proceeded to check out another customer with no acknowledging I was there. They do have plenty people pulling online orders that can't be bothered with in person sales apparently"
