"Not to fond on the fact that most auto store have tools an funnels that they allow u to use upon purchase of product from the store but I ask Terry did they have a funnel an his reply was no not even to offer me one for sale or anything which I felt was rude an a flat out lie as well in customer service he missed his moment to upsale on the funnel or to help a customer in more ways than just a purchase ."
"The part the computer said was right didn't work although it tested positive and worked properly, but the associate, Chuck, went outside the box and got me a starter for the next year model and it worked perfectly!!! Thanks to Chuck and advance for standing behind their part's and customers!!! This situation is exactly why I won't use any other parts store but advance!!! You guys are the bomb, thanks so much for being a great customer service based company you are!!! I don't go anywhere but advance!
