"20 Dollers for a 2 Jr Bacon cheese Burger, 2 Large fries, and 2 large cokes what is going on how do Americans afford this? Why do we even keep paying for this when it takes an hours worth of work to afford and the ppl working there can't afford to eat it. I Guess us as Americans like being robbed for a meal that's hot and rdy. Will never ever be back."

"I cam honestly say that this is one of the ONLY places in Oak Ridge that we take the ladies I work with to eat at. They have always went above and beyond to help us. Usually it's me and one other lady taking 6 ladies out to eat 2 of which were in wheelchairs, 2 had to be held on to at ALL TIMES as they walked and 2 walked with a cane. So getting them settled takes a few mins! But the young lady that is usually there on Sundays ALWAYS helps make ALL the drinks for the girls and helps with getting our food and helps hand it out to everyone. I love this young lady. She doesn't have to do wat she does to help, but she DOES IT!!! It's NOT always about the food with these reviews SOMETIMES the people and their kindness is wat gets u to keep coming to the place! I prefer Wendy's over McDonald's ANY day! Great place to eat and the employees are really genuinely friendly."

"Horrible Service- well make that no service 5 people, including myself, stood at the register for 10 minutes while being completely ignored. The cashier only took care of delivery drivers, helping person after person and saying nothing to the customers standing in line waiting to order. We all left because of this neglect and blatant disregard from this employee."

"Family of 4 eating. We all got burgers and fries and you can't visit Wendy's and not get their ice cream too. Everything was perfect from the food, price and service. The dining room needed cleaned but that's to be expected if you're short handed and busy waiting on customers."

"Ordered online, got there, order was missing both nuggets, the burgers were cold, the fries were cold, and the chili tasted sour, so I threw it out too. The bacon burger had no bacon. Most of the fries were on the bottom of the bag and not cooked. Staff looks confused as to what their job is. Had to go back thru the drive thru to get the nuggets. They weren't hot or even warm either. Will not come to this location anymore. Photos show the undercooked fries that were actually in the container and the burger with no bacon looking like a cold mess of yuck."
