"I got the teriyaki chicken meal and dynamite chicken. The teriyaki meal was ok but for some odd reason the place feels the need to charge a 1 dollar fee on top of their expensive prices just for me to get it without onions. The dynamite chicken i got was 6$ for 6 nuggets and had no flavor. They had drizzled a line of mayo and that was it. I could have gotten 20 McDonald's nuggets for that much and it would have tasted the same. Lastly, when handed my receipt to tip i did not tip and was given a dirty look. Why do you tip when you get drive through food? It makes no sense."
"Hibachi Jr. is incredible. This is the first time I’ve seen hibachi-quality food through a drive-through. The menu can be a bit pricey, but it is quality food, and we've always had excellent service. Check this place out if you haven't yet! Their crab rangoons are epic, and we always ask for our hibachi dinners to have just broccoli and carrots for the veggies. For only $1 upcharge, it's worth it."
"Though the food taste really yummy, it’s a ridiculous price to pay to only get four scallops that are slightly bigger than a quarter, as everything else is cheap food like rice and mixed veggies. When I called management about the fact that I only had 4 scallops for $15+, I received absolutely no satisfaction, just an attempt to justify the price. Update: I emailed the corporate headquarters and they did offer to fix me another meal, I am assuming comped. They did state they were increasing scallops to 4.5 oz from 4 oz pre-cooked. I still feel that is pretty skimpy for the price, but at least it’s an effort. Due to their trying, I increased stars to three, minus 1 for skimpiness, -1 for having to reach out to corporate to get any kind of satisfaction."
