"I always choose to order via curbside as I have an infant and it’s not easy to get her out of the car. Mind you it was raining this day. I ordered a tea, waited 15 minutes after the app said my order was on the way. Not a soul came out with my order. I pulled around the front and got my infant out in the rain and walk inside to find my tea sitting on the counter. When questioned, the manager told me “they are not allowed to bring orders out in the rain”. I called the corporate number, who let me say was absolutely amazing and VERY respectful.. she said that there was no such policy and she has never heard it. This location has sadly gone downhill over the years and all the workers do is goof around, laugh, and talk amongst eachother, while they ignore their customers in the drive through."
"We went through the drive thru. First the young lady didn't ask to tale our order. We had to say hello a few times. Ordered our food. Two Canadian bacon meals with cheese with large fantas. Pulled forwarded to receive our order and only got two sandwhiches. Aaked where is the rest of the food. They dont evwn understand english. My husband said screw it and pulled off. Never will we go back there."
"Paid at first window didn't get a receipt. At second window they refused to give me my food. No one here speaks English including manager. Took my money and no food unless I wanted to pay again. Showed them my bank where they just charged me and still nothing. This place is trash"
"This used to be the “good” McDonald’s, meaning they were polite and didn’t mess up your order. Over the past year it’s gotten so awful. Tonight when we pulled up we couldn’t read the menu and the guy taking the order was very short and aggravated."
"This property is always run down. Bathroom this trip had no soap and even at 6am smelled like the toilet lines were backing up. I noticed the AC units were out and they were using two or three quick cool type of hvac units. The food was consistently McDonald's. So there was that. The McDonald's employees are pleasant enough though. Gas station people... Not sure much. Only front doors were unlocked at 7:00 even though the doors said 5:30? I love how the turn in from old pleasant Grove always has that stagnant puddle of water to get your vehicle dirty."
