Chuck E. Cheese

"I've taken my 2 Grandsons to Chucky E. Cheese twice now and both times have been enjoyable, the pizza is really good and customer service is reasonable, this last time they had 4 or 5 Birthday parties going on and it was quite crowded but not packed , plus the mouse himself was there . I recommend C.E.C to anyone looking for a fun place to take their little ones to. My youngest Grandson is behind C.E.C ."

"Went here for a kids birthday party. The person that was assigned to our party did a great job organizing everything, and keeping things going. The kiddos had a lot of fun playing all the games after chowing down on the pizza. To top it off, we got some dip-n-dots at the end (which was the first time our kiddo had it)."

"Pizza is usually great, but was much greasier than usual. Still tasted good though. As we were coming in, other customers were leaving, yet no one checked their arm stamp...even after it was brought to their attention. Very concerning given the number of missing children these days."

"Had a birthday for my son here recently. It is the second birthday we do here. I was somewhat disappointed with the overall experience. I think more training would be beneficial for the staff. I understand there is a schedule/itinerary to follow, but at one point the server came and just grabbed the cake without saying anything and put it at the end of the table pushing in the kids' food as they were actually eating. I had to get up and help the kids move their plates as he just put the cake down on top of some of their food and pushed in others, not saying a single word. He actually scared my 3 year old, the birthday boy, and no longer wanted to eat. The other thing is cleanliness, some of the tables in our area had crums, pieces of food from an earlier party I guess, and look at the attached pictures, this is where they put the plates and utensils for us to eat. Unfortunately, I did not notice this until the end, and this wasn't the only container like this. The others were the same. That is nasty. Lastly, I understand kids will be kids and do not mean to sound pretentious. But when I go with my children, we respect people's party's, etc. My kids know not to go there because it is not their party. There were multiple times where other kids who did not even have a party of their own would come into our are. Typically, this doesn't bother me, but this time, they were older kids and did not allow my son to fully enjoy his time. The other children would get in our pictures, would not let him enjoy his time with chucke. This obviously should be a parent's responsibility, but staff should also know how to handle this. This shouldn't be left up to kids, the managers should be made aware and they should address it. Based on this second experience, I may not come back or recommend for another party."

"Very nice and clean inside. The food was good. The soda is self serve. The game's all worked.....loads of fun."
