Burger King 841 Nashville Pike, Gallatin, TN 37066

"First time going over a year since the food was abysmal the last handful of times I went. I got coupons in the mail and thought maybe the staff has changed and the quality would be better... I was sadly mistaken.. The fries were luke warm bordering cold and tasted off, the burger I ordered had enough mayo for 6 burgers (I wish that was hyperbole...), and even after waiting over 10mins for the food the drive-through staff forgot part of my order, and I had to park and go in. Honestly at this point I think this burger king either needs to get gut and re-done / re-staffed or get put under management that will run it better. It's a lost cause. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else to eat."

"I went through the drive through at the Gallatin burger king on Saturday January 13th. Everyone was super friendly, I got my food very quickly. The person who took my order was extremely patient and kind."

The manager comments about the table being dirty, but her and the staff don't bother cleaning, they just sat chatting with a friend. "They were awesome, it was close to closing. It was like 10 minutes till close. The associates were friendly and courteous!! The food was off the chain. Everything was fresh and just the way we ordered it !! Which is very hard to come by anymore. Thank y'all so very much"

"I attempted to get a drive through order at the 841 Nashville Pike location in Gallatin at about 8:30 pm on Wed. Sept. 27. I waited an inordinate amount of time at the order post (5 to 7 min.) before a voice asked for my order. I gave my order and didn’t get a response. A few minutes later another different voice asked for my order. I gave it again, once more there was no response. After a few more minutes I decided to just drive away. Unfortunately, there was still a car around the corner at the window blocking my escape. That car must have been waiting for their order for at least as long as I waited to place mine. I backed up and was blocked by a new car that had arrived behind me. After a few more minutes a third voice asked for my order. I told her that I had already given it, did she want it again? She replied “yes, that’s how it works”. I waited in stunned silence for a few moments, then I reluctantly gave it again. Angry and frustrated, I drove around the corner to see that the previous car had moved away from the window but was still waiting for their order. I chose to drive away. Performance and service at this BK has always been up and down, efficient and professional at times and frustratingly amateurish at times. Today’s experience was by far the worst and rudest encounter I have ever had. I will never go back. You managed to lose a previously patient and regular customer. I won’t be back and frankly, I’ll be surprised if I get anything other than an automated response to this review or a condescending coupon offer for a future visit."
