Domino's Pizza

"Overcharged. Overcooked. Ran out of tots & didn’t tell me until they arrived at my door. Refused to issue refund, store credit only. Manager was argumentative & poorly trained. Could not explain excessive charges, just said “must have been the extra cheeses” well, one extra cheese topping doesn’t equal $4.50 Problem was never resolved. Will call corporate next. No, I don’t have time to worry with this, but I have no tolerance for poor customer service & managers who cannot answer questions. Just seeking explanation and my $4.50 refund, the tots refund would be nice too. I would have appreciated them reaching out, house full of kids to feed & they just thought they would tell me at the door my order was actually not fulfilled!"

"I picked up a pizza on 11/20:2023 at 10:53pm. The lady that took care of us was unfriendly, she looked upset and when thanked her and wished her a good night she just closed the window (no answer, no acknowledgment, just upset). I then knocked on the window because I forgot to ask for ranch and red pepper. After I paid for the items, I again thanked her and like before she closed the window visibly upset! We got home and Although the pizza was suppose to me a large pizza, it looked more like a medium. The pizza tasted good but for sure I would NOT recommend this pizza place not I would again pizza from here. My advice, if it bothers you for customers to order pizza, you should NOT be working there."

"This is the fourth time I’ve ordered from them an requested extra extra sauce as well as paid for extra sauce.. even called and stated we never get extra sauce and if they could please make sure we got extra sauce."

"Done getting pizza here. As others have said, they put an ultra thin layer of cheese and sauce. We paid for extra cheese and sauce today, and it was still razor thin. Cutting corners to save pennies is going to lose you dollars."

"I don't remember when Domino's got so good! Back in the 90's it was our go to college $5 pizza nights that got me thru the weekends. The taste, selection and the recipes seem a lot better now. I love the pan pizzas!! I like the online ordering option and all the online deals. Branden brought us our pizzas quickly and was nice to my son who gave him the tip!"
