"Not sure what's up with the lower ratings, because this Krystal's food was hot and delicious. The service was great. My online order was ready very quickly. There was not an obscene line in the drive thru. They skimped on pickles on the Chiks, but every Krystal does that in the history of Krystals. Maybe I have more of an appreciation since I've been living in White Castle land for 5 years and missing it terribly....but ya'll better APPRECIATE."

"Food was great and fresh which it should have since we waited like 15 minutes after being pulled to a parking spot to wait. The lady on the speaker was rude and took our order wrong. Then waited at window forever with no one even acknowledging that we was at the window. Customer service could be so so much better here."

"They can't get decent employees. They may need to give the few employees they have a raise. 1 of the 3 employees is nice & polite. I never see more than 3 people working any time I've been there & I've always had to pull over into a parking space for them to bring my order out to me after going to the drive thru bc I'm handicap."

"After a long day of work and not having an opportunity to take a minute and eat, my boyfriend and I stopped and got some Krystals. We ordered 12 sandwiches altogether, 6 with onions, 6 with no onions. First of all, none of them had pickles which made them less enjoyable but the main issues was the sandwiches we got with the onions. I took a bite and my mouth was filled with onions. It was if someone had taken onions and poured them onto the sandwiches. There was more onions than there was meat or bread. Needless to say they were absolutely disgusting and I was very upset. When I got home I took them apart and tried to scrape most of the onions off and even then there was still way too much. It made me sick to my stomach trying to eat them. Very disappointing especially because this was one of my favorite places to eat and now I don't even want to go back. Don't plan on going back for that matter. The pictures are the onions from just one small sandwich so you can only imagine how much there were on 6 of them, and there were still a lot of onions on the sandwich that were stuck in the cheese and bread after scraping"
