"Where should I begin. I can honestly say I was truly lucky to have done business with Natinal Auto Parts. My kids and I were on our way back from VA when my car began to act up. We were two and half hours away from home. Scared, frustrated and lost. We've never been to Knoxville and not from TN. Just moved here in March. My dad reached out to one of his coworkers in Knoxville to ask where he suggests to take my car to get looked at. He connected me with Buzz. Buzz listened to me and jumped on the situation quickly. He gave me a number for a tow and began getting down to business. Although the news wasn't something I wanted to hear, glad he got to the bottom of it. It was my transmission. Because we were so far away from home, Buzz offered a ride from one of his employees to a hotel close by. We ended up taking an uber to a hotel but the thought of him making sure my kids and I had a way and place to go was truly refreshing. My transmission was shot. Apparently it's common in Dodge Journeys. He suggested getting a brand new one or having it rebuilt for cheaper. I went cheaper. Car broke down on a Wednesday and he said the rebuild would be done the following Tuesday. With the help from family in VA, we ended up staying in Knoxville for 3 days. Buzz had an employee pick me up one of those days to get the remaining items out of my car so they can work on it. Sure enough my car was ready and it drove perfectly all the way back to Mount Juliet. Thank you Buzz and all the employees for being so kind, helpful, and all around amazing. I highly recommend them. If I lived closer, that's where I would take my car ALL the time."
