"Ordered two super star burgers, got home, and neither one of them had the buns. I don't know who on the evening shift is responsible for putting the cheese burgers together, but they suck at that job. The young lady running the window was real nice though, so you get three stars for service."

"After sitting in the drive-thru without moving for 10 minutes, waited 30 minutes at the pickup counter inside for a mobile order. Left and went back through the drive-thru, where I waited 20 minutes before getting an incorrect order. Employees shouting at one another in front of customers. Kitchen employees assembling and packaging food not wearing gloves."
"Always excellent service morning and night. KFC next door was open, but had the drive thru blocked off so I came to Hardee’s after a long exhausting day. Tried the Chicken Tenders and they were so good! Thank you to the AM and PM teams for having great service and food no matter the time of day."
