Dunkin'

"I love Dunkin Donuts coffee. Although this is the first time ordering from this location, I felt compelled to write a review to avoid others waiting in line at the drive thru for 10 minutes for just a coffee with only 3 cars in the parking lot…..they were not busy. I don’t feel it should take 10 minutes to make a medium hot coffee. Once tapping on the window while employees were standing around talking to each other, they brought me the coffee. While driving off I took a drink of my coffee and literally what I ordered did not have the taste at all. It tasted like a flat coffee with a slight hint of sugar and I ordered the Toasted White Chocolate Latte which had always been a favorite of mine from other locations. Very disappointed with this experience. I will give them one more try as I live in Lebanon and hopefully this was a one off experience."

"The employees were super polite but the manager was incredibly rude to customers and her employees. I don't care how much I like DD, I wouldn't go back to this one simply because of the manager."

"Ordered 1 (one) large pumpkin spice latte at the drive through window. When I got to the window to get my ONE cup of coffee, I was told to move up. Why does it take 6 minutes to make one cup of coffee, when there was about 6 employees. It took 1second to take my money! Not even an apology from the employees. Customer service needs to be taught!!! Oh, and it wasn’t hot."

"This is my coffee spot. Don't sleep on their sweet tea. It's probably the best you can get outside of granny's kitchen. Cold coffees are great. Breakfast sandwiches are fine; neither gross nor amazing"

"They took forever to take my order, and acted very immature over the intercom. Once I got to my work, I found they took a bite out of my Muffin before giving it to me. Extremely unprofessional staff."
