"I came Sunday night after a little bit of a long shift, and I was hungry as a normal person would be after a shift and not eating anything all day. I put in a curbside order assuming oh, it won’t be that long because it usually comes out in about 2 to 5 minutes. Not only was I wrong by a longshot. It took about 35 minutes for me to even get my food. And the only reason I got my food was because I went in and it was sitting on the counter alone, and the receipt says curbside on it, so they should know where it goes. I ordered two plain cheeseburgers, and a small fry. Their plain button is supposed to make sure that everything is taken off except the cheese, the meat and the bun and that is what I expected. It had everything on it. No, I’m a very picky eater so naturally, I’m not gonna want to eat something but I just don’t like. All my food was cold and when I went in to ask about it, it took them ages to come and take care of me when some of them were just standing around talking. It felt like they were avoiding me. All this to say I’m most likely not coming back to this location. At least not on a Sunday night."

"3 star for value. Dined in (everyone else was in drivethrough), we ordered via self kiosk just fine. Got served warm fries, and typical big Mac and small burger and small drinks. Use to be a decent value at lower price point, but at this price point ($20) you kinda just got to laugh from a value perspective."

"Went very late, so I was a little apprehensive. However the gentleman at the window was so pleasant and upbeat despite being there on a holiday. Food was decent. However the 2 McDonald's I ordered looked like hamburgers and the patties looked very old and shriveled. I threw them away. Everything else was delicious."

"We had 2 app orders in one car. However, they put our orders together somehow. We got to first pay window, there was 5 crew there. They split the order, but he ended up with 10pc meal , he ordered quarter w/cheese only mayo. Fries was on point! So, did not realize until old Nashville Hwy! The runner lady did not believe us. But the lady working drive through took care of the mix up."

"Came through the drive thru around 3am after a very long, genuinely terrible day, just cause I hadn’t eaten anything all day, and when I pulled up to the box, a girl quickly said something that sounded like “we’re not taking cash right now is that alright?” The first part kinda cut out, so I asked “oh, do y’all take Apple Pay?” And she said “no, I just said we’re only taking cash right now…” with a tone that just felt really condescending, and while I’m almost never one to complain, that was just the last straw at a time where I already felt incredibly stupid just due to my circumstances. If that was you, and you’re reading this, please choose patience next time. You never know how much impact your words have, even if it’s small, until it’s too late. I work in fast food too, and it really does not take much more effort to be professional and courteous. I know customers are always annoying, and I know it’s late, but that is not an excuse to just talk to people however you want. You’re at work, and you never know what impact that brief interaction with a customer is gonna have on them."
