"This place have the most horrible customer service ever. I use to go there all the time and when you go through the drive thru the window cashier doesn’t even speak to you they just stand there and wait for the money never greet you or say thank you or to pull up to the other window. When you get to the other window they don’t speak either they just hand you your food or if they do speak to you it’s just to tell you to pull in a certain parking spot to wait for your food. This happens all the time. The food is not fresh most of the time."

"I did mobile order with my table number twice on a different day. No one brought my food and drink until I go back to the counter to ask them. The other day I got my order in few minutes and ask the server to get ketchups. No one bring me the ketchups and also no napkins on my tray. Poor customer service!"
