"Staff has always been kind. I feel like that's really worth noting. Especially these days since covid and inflation hit. A lot of people in the service industry have either been burned so many times that they are showing their emotions more, or people just don't care enough to try and brighten a customer's day with their attitude. Haven't had a single issue here. Oh, and coffee is bomb, too. Btw, I have worked in customer service for over 15 years, so it's coming from a place of experience."
"First time ever at a Dutch Bros and the coffee didn’t disappoint! The girl who took my order gave me an awesome suggestion of some chai coffee fall drink that was delicious. Service was quick also. My only issue was there wasn’t a menu to view while you waited for cars in front. So as a first timer I had no clue what to get when they got to me and didn’t want to hold anyone up. But I do understand many places (like chick fil-a do) do that too."
