"I don't know whats going on at the Gallatin location but when u have a almost daily issue with not making enough of a item u would think u would increase how many u make I havent been to another store that's told me they are out on multiple items in the middle of the day but it seems s like Gallatin location don't care where I'm to the point don't even wanna go there no more cause Everytime I its becoming the same outcome it's really disappointing"

"When I'm in Gallatin, I sometimes stop at Panera's for the bacon chicken chipotle pizza. At the register, I placed my order, paid, and went to wait for the order. But after 10 minutes, l was told they no longer had the bacon chipotle chicken pizza on the menu anymore. So I asked for a refund. I explained how I really loved this pizza only. The manager heard me and she was so sweet. She said to me that although they no longer made this pizza, she would personally make one for me. She made my day. This is great customer service. She didn't have to go out of her way."

"You aren’t greeted by the 3 workers at the counter talking to each other and have to use a dirty kiosk. The entire place was FILTHY and the food was disgusting. Their pizza and soup at the grocery store taste better and are cheaper. The pizza had no sauce and barely any cheese. The salad was covered in dressing and pepper. Panera Bread restaurants are a thing of the past if they don’t pull it together. Definitely won’t ever be back."

"I should have left when no one welcomed me. Everyone was very busy talking with each other. I walked up to the counter, and to my surprise their conversations were much more important than to help their customer. After waiting a short time, I discovered their kiosks. After ordering and waiting in a corner for my food, I received a text that it was ready. Before the text, an employee casually reminded the staff to be mindful of customers coming in. At some point, she walked by me and under her breath said something like "hey." Back to my text...When I sauntered back to the counter, I was asked if they could help me. I explained that my order was ready and you would have thought I had committed a semi-offence, by not understanding that I was to magically know that I needed to walk down a dark area to get my order. Their statement was something like..."Do you see your name on this screen? If so, your order is ready." Now, about my $13.00 bowl of three or four pieces of chicken, rice, avocado, etc. It tasted very good. It was just enough to make you even more hungry. I wonder how much they would charge for a proper portion? It would have to be at least $50.00. At least I enjoyed my complaint fest."

"Food is pretty good, but not quite worth the price in my opinion. I had a spicy take that came out at room temperature, some pretty good tikka masalla soup, and my girlfriend had a sandwich and salad that she enjoyed."
