"This location has the terrible customer service. I went to return the toys I bought for my son, I had the receipt and I bought them two days ago and the woman name “Tori” that she said she is the “store manager “as well told me I have to go the other location which is 45 minutes drive to return the items. She claimed that the tags are double tag which they did, I purchased the same way. It was not my fault that they were double tag! She was rude and disrespectful. And she gave me the rudest attitude."

The two cashiers indicated that I should wait in line. Which was quite long. What a lack of empathy and little humanity. They made me feel so bad. I really feel humiliated and discriminated against. "Poor customer service. Checkout line the length of the store. One cashier, two others were there but not checking out customers. The both left and went to the back of the store and left only one to deal with the extremely long line. Do not come here if you want to get what you need and get out. Plan on being here a while."
