"Frustrating experience. Grab a shirt off the 9.99 rack and under. Signs posted everywhere. No clearance sticker on the shirt but many of the same shirt in the clearance section. Went to pay and was met with a frustrated clerk because no one was helping her. When I asked why the sweatshirt was 14.99 when it was on the 9.99 rack she Scolding me saying I can’t make it 9.99 and the sign says 9.99 and up. Just wish I was meet with a better answer than you are just wrong, do you want it or not."

"Went to this location today. My mom and I had a lot of returns/exchanges from Black Friday but had a great experience with the employee checking us out named Zariah. This employee was so patient and kind to us. Smiled and laughed with us and did not huff and puff that we were taking a lot of time. Give that girl a pay raise, please!! She made our experience at this location memorable. We will definitely be making the drive over there again."

"Customer service is at its worst. I was standing in queue to get billing for almost like 20 mins and there is just one person. Remaining all are just chatting with each others."

"Bathrooms were disgusting. Feminine products all over, no soap, and baby items left on the floor. When we walked out, 3 workers were just standing there talking to each other. When we checked out. The Lead manager was rude. We will not be back."

"Most helpful staff ever! My wife needed a small sized shirt, and the last one was on a mannequin up high, so 3 of the staff members got together and got the mannequin down and the shirt off for her! Wonderful wonderful customer service! Thanks so much!"
