I was very surprised by the outcome. Austin was able to answer my questions, who recommended a foot scan (no charge), as it turns out the arch in one foot was lower than the other, which is what supports your body weight. We discussed my options; I ordered the insoles that will give me the support I need to get back out there and enjoy life again."

"THE place to go for your running needs. I want to give a special shout out to Annie! She was amazing. I was in Nashville for business and have recently started running as part of my fitness program. I needed to get a proper pair of running shoes and found Fleet Feet (Mt Juliet branch) which was close to my hotel. I arrived and waited a few minutes to be seen. Annie gave me a warm welcome, asked what I was looking for and explained the process. I got a 3d scan of my feet which gave us the information of what type of shoe would suite my feet. Annie was super accommodating and brought out approx. 7 pairs of shoes for me to try and provided me with information about each shoe. She was patience, not pushy and nothing was too much trouble I decided on a New Balance shoe which fit my feet perfectly even though I came in with the intention to buy a Brooks pair. However, as the scan showed, the Brooks fit (especially narrow at the front, didn’t fit my foot profile at all). I also asked about inserts and socks and again, Annie gave me all the information needed and ensured that I didn’t buy anything I didn’t need. After trying a few different inserts, I picked a RunPro comfort & support medium profile insert along with some Balega hidden comfort socks. I also received a $15 store credit after my purchase. I returned after a couple of days to pick up another pair of socks. Annie remembered me by name and processed the transaction. I have no hesitation and will recommend Fleet Feet, Mt Juliet Brach.
