"Well I believe in 2nd chances. My 1st experience at j.crew opry was horrible. I needed some additional items for my son's birthday photo shoot. So u decided to step in to see what they had for kids. Christy greeted me so polite and cheerful. She helped me pick out a Oxford for my son. I loved the service so much I returned the same night and purchased my items. The entire team was polite great service. Included are photos of my 1st review and the photo shoot pics Thank you Christy"

"Not that big of a deal, but they only accept cash. What is a big deal is that they don't offer paper receipts, so when you get to he counter to pay for something, there's only an associate on a cell phone ringing up your stuff, you can't see what anything costs, and then you have to give them your email address (which they'll more than likely fat finger even after you spell it out 100x),and you'll never receive this digital receipt. We picked up 2 toddler shirts on clearance that had a sign reading 70% off lowest tagged price. 70% off a 12.99 shirt is around $3 per shirt. Who knows what they rang up as? The cashier said they weren't on sale, okay, well they were in TWO SECTIONS that had 70% off signs. No reason that 4 toddler shirts should cost $50. And no reason am establishment like this can't offer paper receipts or have decent signage in their stores."

"This location is clean and has the standard fare of an outlet store; You'll find everything you want at cheap prices, but the quality of the garments is lacking. If you need some basics or you need something that looks nice in a pinch, this store will have everything you need. However, do not expect things to last for very long. Most items will have loose threads, and the many button down oxford shirts that I've purchased here have worn out very quickly (developing holes in the seams and such). You get what you pay for, and the J. Crew Factory story is no exception."
