"Store has different hours than on Google. This is the 3rd time I have came and they have been closed!! Horrible customer experience and if it's really due to short staff why don't you raise your pay and hire people..."
"Came here twice in the past week to make a return. First time, they had new hours posted to due to staffing issues. Second time, they were on a lunch break so no one was working the store. I waited 30 minutes for said person to return from lunch and no one ever showed up. Everywhere is short staffed, but you could at least update your hours on google to accommodate your customers."
"My husband and I went in to find Jeep shirts. They didn't have the shirt we wanted in the correct size. Octavious searched the store and when he couldn't find one, he offered to order it from another store and have it sent to our house. We received the shirt 3 days later! He was so polite and helpful. Very refreshing to receive such great service! Good job!"
