"Not my favorite location but they are okay. Pro's: *Parking is Easy and accessible I've never stood in line at this location. There is a belk outlet in close proximity. Employees in the shoe department on 12/22/2023 were helpful and nice. Store pick up was put together quickly. (Although there was an issue the employee forgetting two of the bags that belonged with my order. I ended having to drive back.) Cons's: I do not like the upstairs downstairs concept. When I shop it's for myself and my whole family so I need things from both levels You can't take a cart up the escalaters. Secondly I've never actually seen a cart available when I go into this location leaving me to carry everything in my hands. Which also feels uncomfortable going level to level. So I typically do two separate transactions. One downstairs then take it to my car, and one upstairs then back to my car which really is a hassle. And lastly there are no childrens toys."

"Came here after late lunch for some last minute Christmas presents. Store was busy but not crazy Sales staff through out the store were very friendly, curtious and helpful. Especially with trying to get the most of in store discounts. The store was very well stocked and orderly. Much better than a couple other Belks in the surrounding area. But with the holidays, traffic is natroshrous. Get ready for long traffic waits."
