"So I had been looking for the 5PC Maysville Counter Height Dining Table and Bar Table, finally found it and ordered it, took a few weeks to get it delivered. The guys came out and brought everything in. I always look at everything and I noticed at the bottom of two of the chairs the legs were not put together correctly, so one the guys singled out the chair and sat in it and advised me that the chair was "sitable" and should be fine. I quickly advised him that when you are paying your hard earned money for something you want things put together correctly. In the past I have never had a problem with Rent a Center, but the unprofessionalism that was displayed by the delivery person was just disappointing to say the least. I can imagine if the shoe had been on the other foot, he wouldn't have been happy with someone telling him what he told me. I was contacted by the manager in reference to this situation and although he was nice the issue has still not been resolved, someone was supposed to show up on Saturday September 23rd to pick up the two chairs. I got off from work early to be home to let them in and to my surprise nobody ever showed up or bothered to even call me. and say they were not coming or needed to reschedule. I am so shocked at the service that I am getting or lack thereof. I sat here for nothing. truly not a good look. I never had this problem when I lived in Michigan, customer was on point there."
