"Stopped here looking for a heating element that would fit a Jenn Air convection oven. Priced in line of around $100 and 3-5 business days for delivery. He had one that worked for half the cost and had it on the shelf. Steve is very friendly and helpful. I always keep him in mind on hard to get items."

"Repeat customer, Steve Johns took great care of us 10 years ago when we moved to LaVergne, we are thankful that he had fridges in stock and only took a couple of days to arrange delivery 3rd party, unlike the big box stores that quoted us over 2 weeks for delivery. "Uncle Steve is the best thing since sliced bread! But seriously as a young woman walking in there asking for the wrong part, he could have sold it to me. Instead, he tested my parts and told me what was wrong and sold me a new one. And BOOM! He saved me from buying a new dryer costing $600+ which he could have also tried to sell me. Overall an honest and knowledgeable guy!"
