"Horrible customer service and no one was willing to make things right. We ordered thousands of dollars worth of flooring and paid for threshold/inside garage delivery because I'm 8 MONTHS PREGNANT. Then we get an email saying the floor would be delivered a week early and no threshold delivery... oh and it's going to rain that day. OK, we paid for threshold delivery... so can you please make this right? Because there are companies that WILL do threshold delivery. That's what we paid for, actually. NOPE. I used to love Home Depot because they used to do right by their customers. Not anymore."

"The survey on the receipt didn't work but I just HAD to tell someone that Daniel helped me find a bunch of tiny bolts, nuts, and washers in specific sizes. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He was also funny. Thank you to Daniel!"

"Found a mini scaffolding online, they said they had 41 ready to ship to the store. They showed 8 on the shelf! The price was $104. They said they could not sell it because it was a Black Friday sale item that we should not even seen it there! It was on isle 32 top shelf and delivered to the store in 10/19! After all afternoon wasted they said they could not sell it to us! It all was a scam!! I. Their website! Buyer beware! They did take our money and I’m waiting now for a refund! They said it was only in their computer at one cent! After the manager Steven and 6 employees still no mini scaffolding!"

"Bought an item and had it delivered. When assembling we discovered a problem. Called customer service. Explained the problem. 2 hours later a replacement was delivered and the defective item picked up. AWESOME SERVICE. Thank you Home Depot Smyrna."
