"Who knew a return could take an hour? They took my merchandise to a back room and left me awkwardly waiting forever with my husband and fuzzy toddler. The lack of customer care was very clear. The store lacks human touch (no friendly attitude or smiles) and after waiting about the first 30 minutes a lady comes back and says what’s your name again? Then proceeds to tell me they’re busy with an empty store. Disappointed, I should have just sent it back via FedEx."

"If I could give a “0” I would!! I’ve been shopping with Tory Burch for over 10 years. I have shoes, boots, earrings and a couple of purses. I bought a purse online and went in to exchange it. The manner in which I was handled was so poor that I will NEVER shop in their boutiques again! I contacted Customer Service and Amil took care of me for now but in store, I was treated as if I stole this purse that is still in it’s original packaging, unopened, unused. The service in the Green Hills store was horrendous! They didn’t know that they were dealing with a Senior level Retail Professional but they didn’t care. I was racially profiled and I don’t understand because money is GREEN! Shame on you! I am writing to your corporate office as well!!"

"My experience at this store today was pleasant, the salespeople were friendly and helpful. The store isn't as big as the outlet location in Pigeon Forge, but they still had a decent selection. And from what I remember, the retail prices here didn't even seem to much more than the prices at the outlet. My husband spotted a pair of really cute shoes for me on the sale/clearance shelf, and they were an extra 25%. Also, the salespeople were down to earth as me and my husband feel a little out of place shopping at greenhill mall since we aren't as flashy as the average shopper at this mall... But they didn't make us feel weird or anything in our shopping experience at all. Our experience today definitely leads me to believe I will take my business here again one day!"

"Store is beautiful! Both merchandise and store decor was on queue! The ataff, I couldn't commend enough. Very knowledgeable and ran like a well oiled machine. Southern hospitality at best!! Merchandise...love love love!!!!"

"Great customer service! I called in to place an order over the phone to purchase sandals that were sold out online. The sales associate that I spoke with was extremely helpful and kind (even though I called less than an hour before the store was closing!) She also assisted me in ordering a pair of earrings that I was interested in. The store did not have them in stock however, she ordered them for me, with two day shipping! Pleased to have received better customer service with this Nashville location than I do at my home location in Charlotte, NC- I may even call in orders through here just because :)"
