"We are from Mobile Alabama and we’re in town for our Corporate Summit for Lenny’s Grill & Subs and wanted to grab a quick lunch before hitting the road. We drove past the Smackers location Hwy 64 and decided to give it a try. We had never heard of Smackers, much less eaten at one. Walking in was impressive, the store was clean and well decorated! The staff was extremely helpful in our decision making and clearly knew their brand well! We had a seat and spoke to a few locals who sang the praises. Shortly we received our order and man were those praises validated! If I’m ever in the area again I will make it a priority to stop back in!! Thank you for a great experience!"

"I got one of the samplers with mozzarella sticks, spicy pickles, and cheeseburger sliders with a side of fries. The cheeseburger sliders were really really good and made me wish I would’ve just gotten a burger instead. My boyfriend got the hot wings and fries and he said it was about an 8/10."

"They are almost always out of Alfredo/Cajun pasta. I called multiple times over a 4 week period. Seems like they would improve their inventory since it’s a high demand order. When I was finally able to get some pasta it was packed with meat and no actual pasta sauce which made it dry. The flavor was ok but lacking the sauce. I was highly disappointed with the quality of the pasta. Especially being that I spent almost 30 dollars on a single serving. The staff made absolutely no effort to make the situation right. Just told me they measure their sauce. It looked like they squeeze out the very last amount of sauce and added water to stretched it."
