"Employee didn't thank me. He made me enter my phone number, since he couldn't locate me in his system. The wait was too long. They weren't busy. I'm not happy"

"The young man taking orders does NOT need to be taking orders. He does NOT understand customer service. I asked for a philly cheese with extra cheese. I check after it was made and see only meat and no extra cheese. I open the sandwich and show it to him and a lady that kept talking to him on the side in Spanish. This was soo rude because I don’t know what she was telling him about my food. Then he tells me even if he remakes it the sandwich will be the same. I then ask him why can i not get what I paid for? I even told him I will pay more. The lady then takes her finger and digs through it to show me the cheese was on the bottom. He then tells me the usual amount is 4 slices and a 5th piece is the extra. Soooo you charge a $1. for one extra triangle piece of cheese??? Then I tell them so the sandwich has extra cheese on 1/4th of the whole sandwich??? My Lord. SMH. I told him what is the problem? I can pay for the extra cheese or just get my money back. They then both said ok and walked to the register. I was thinking, wow, you’d rather throw out a whole sandwich, or take it home. I was trying to get home so I changed my mind and asked him to have the sandwich made with the extra cheese like I wanted. He the charged me .55 cents. The lady takes the sandwich and remade it or fixed it. Now that I think about it she was not supposed to have done that per the health dept. rules. This whole ordeal was crazy. Customers service no longer exists but you charge these high prices. This Lenny’s has horrible customer service."

"Placed an order at 3:11 pm was told there will be a 15 minute wait due to lack of bread when the bread finally came up I saw other customers that were behind me in line and then I saw other customers that came in the store after all the customers that were behind me in line were gone and I was still there waiting for my order I tried several times to let someone know that my order has been skipped over I was told I would get it when I get it no one tried to check on my order and then when I brought it to the manager's attention who was not there when I placed the order she did not help either when all she had to do was look at the time stamp on the receipt and or the order number I received my order at 3:58 p.m. on top of that the bread I ordered was not what I received and due to the lack of customer service I don't plan to return"

"This is the only Lenny’s close to my site and sad to say they always disappoint me every time. I never get what I order when it comes to condiments. You shouldn’t be listening to me and still working on remembering the other person order. Look at my receipt and follow the condiments I want on my sub. It’s not hard. This location is black owned , yet they constantly argue about workers coming in or duties in general. Today 08/30 I go in a they completely screwed my order and lady in front of me order up. Nothing I wanted on my sub was on it and it just looks gross in there. My roast beef was old and had a smell so I probably won’t be back ever. Last time ever. BEST Lennys is Bartlett hands down. Fully staffed and always busy ."
