"I was disappointed in my recent experience at this store location this past Saturday. I had never shopped Aerie in person and was excited to do so. The store looked bright, well organized and clean. There were three to four people working, walking around and talking amongst themselves. At times I even walked directly by them, but not one person greeted me or offered any help when I was clearly looking for a size in multiple things. There were few shoppers in the store. It felt so intentional that I decided I would not want to purchase anything there anyway."

"I had such a great experience at this store today. The staff was very accommodating and attentive, while going above and beyond helping me find all the items I came looking for. They even went to the back to find items in my size in different colors so I had lots of options. Thank you all so much!! Highly recommend."

"The manager at offline is coolsprings galleria is very rude and passive aggressive. NO, not shopping there anymore. Also one day at 8:30 pm we went to shop at Aeries in the same mall and only two employees were working, one at the register and one in the back and non of them acknowledged us and were not willing to help. I guess they thought why we’re there when they are closing at 9 but we went in at 8:30. Didn’t buy because of that reason and bought some other company."

"The manager, Mel, is ultra rude. I will always leave a review for poor / great customer service skills because it’s not that hard to be nice. Choose a different employee to manage because everyone else was in a great mood, doing their jobs!"

"Such great sales there for Christmas time! Just bought three sweaters for 20 dollars each! The place is always so clean and staff is so friendly. Their dressing rooms are full of encouragement for us bigger girls to love ourselves from the inside. Great quality leggings as well. Love this store!"
