"I went into Ann Taylor in Cool Springs needing help with online purchases. I was greeted with smiles from two salespeople who immediately gave me their attention. Candy determined the amount of in store credit for each item as well as original price. I was poorly prepared without return documents; yet Candy was very courteous. I appreciate her help so much with completing my transaction!"

"Had a phenomenal experience today. I was in search of some business attire for an important meeting and I was greeted and assisted without hesitation. The gentleman that helped me listened to what I needed and was able to deliver multiple options. Will definitely be going back."

"Went in to the store today to look for work pants. Two women who were working decided to blatantly ignore me after making eye contact several times. One stood at the register looking at her phone and one walked around the store ignoring me (the only customer, I might add.) I put everything back and left. I won’t purchase from a store where there’s no common courtesy."

"Horrible customer service...went to the store last week and an old lady that works there acused me of stealing a cape that I was wearing from JCrew just because the brand tag was showing.. she didn't say it directly to me but my sister and my daughter were listening, she was not aware that there were with me ..and one of the other ladies working at the store told her that they did not carry that style in the store , that I was not stealing.. but a when I was exiting the store she said .." I guess she did not steal it because the alarm did not beep."
