I’ve shopped multiple times at Green Hills. I’ve always left looking forward to my next visit. At Green Hills I have worked with Amanda, Jillian, Andrea, and Sydney. Regardless of who I spoke with, I experienced the same kindness, expert product knowledge and patience. I felt as if I belonged there. I had a very comfortable shopping experience at Molly Green/Green Hills, and I would recommend the store to anyone looking for the very best in attentive retail service."

"Staff is amazing! I work next door and went in to find a T-shirt on my lunch break. I was greeted as soon as I got in the door by a few different workers. I had a lot of help from Konnie who found me and asked if I needed a dressing room. She also grabbed some extra choices for me after I told her what I was looking for. I ended up buying a cute top that she suggested. So pleased with my experience here!"

"Great selection but poor customer service! Employees just remember that not everyone that enters your store is shopping for themselves. So. Just because I was looking at sizes that would not fit me does not mean that I think that it should. I was shopping for my niece not myself. I clearly know what size I wear and need no help from a young lady to tell me that’s not my size. Management please step up your game and don’t allow employees to judge someone’s because of their size. I will come back when in Nashville and hope to find wonderful customer service."
