"I will honestly say the staff are good ppl but when it comes to selling it literally the worst. It times I will look around the store and see items that are in worse conditions then stuff I bring in. And they offer you the low I understand they have to make money but like giving us not much and then 2x sometimes 3x the price. Like that my only problem with them. Because some of us literally will waste our time up there and come back thinking it will be a good value then it little to nothing ppl don’t drive out the way for that"
"I feel like they’ve become so stingy and selective when selling. I used to get so much more for my items and recently I sold 5 items and only got $15 ... I also noticed that they look through your inventory super quick, and sometimes they hardly stop to look at it. I also can’t understand how even BRAND new and named brand stuff that they’re supposedly “looking for” isn’t accepted."
"There were 5 people behind the register on 11/27/24 at 2:13pm. I waited 3 minutes while they all looked at me. I'm literally the only customer in the entire store. I honestly started to video it, but I didn't want to infringe on anyone's privacy. I was really that blown away. So now I have to finally calmly ask , "can anyone help me at the register?" How rude of them all. I will definitely escalate this matter."
"There was an employee I came across by the name of chelsi. She treated me amazing and welcomed me made me feel comfortable while I was shopping. She helped me a lot I really appreciate her!"
"I go here all the time and I absolutely love it here. The store is a very clean environment with workers who aren't afraid to lend a helping hand. I just can't get enough of their nice clothing pieces and shoes."
