"I visited this location February 27, 2024 li after 6 p.m. The employees were very Customer Service Friendly. I haven’t seen this in a group of young Ladies n Gentlemen in some time. One lady came Voluntarily n helped me place my order on the Kiosk. Forgot my Sundae, I went through drive through the Guy that took my order was very pleasant. I told the manager that she had a Wonderful Crew."
"I don’t eat much fast food and just pulled through for a quick coffee. Lady at the checkout window was polite and called me sir, lady at the delivery window was beyond friendly. Went to pull out and two employees were raising the American flag up the flag pole. Felt like I was in the twilight zone, when do you ever have such a great experience in fast food anymore!? Kudos to the management and the employees at this location!"
"This , was definitely a pleasant experience. The young lady working the drive thru went above and beyond. My mom wanted hashbrowns at lunch and the answer was yes she can have hashbrowns. SB13, CASHIER per receipt had a positive attitude and made our day. You can't find this awesome customer service anymore. Thank you young lady, keep up the good work!"
"I waited 20 minutes before I was acknowledged and by then my mobile app order was cold. They were short staffed and attitudes were flaring. I understood to a certain degree and it can get frustrating. The manager quickly acknowledged how long I was waiting and promptly had the cook to make me fresh food. I sympathize with the situation and hoped things got better for them. Other than that I was okay with my food and service."
