"1st. I had lunch on Jan 5, 2024. 3pc fish, fries, okra and tea. The fish was straight out of the grease. Everything was hot and fresh. The girl that waited on me brought it out to my table when it was ready. Tea is always good here. 2nd. The next morning I thought I had lost my wallet. Went back to this location. They did everything they could to help me out. The girl that had waited on me the day before stopped me in the parking lot. Gave me owners number. Very sweet girl. Luckily I found my wallet. But even then, the owner called me later on to confirm. I feel like they all went above and beyond of what I look for in a fast food restaurant."

"I finally got to try the loaded potato soup. It was actually really good . Business was very slow. Only 1 car in front of us in the drive thru and nobody eating inside that I could see. Only complaint is they were very slow to take our order and also took awhile to give us our order. Employees were not friendly at all. I would have given 5 stars if the customer service was better. The soup was good tho. I will definitely go back when I'm in the area and want soup."

"We moved to Delaware 4yrs ago and haven't had captain d's since. Today we got to eat some in Jackson Tn and I wanted to take the whole restaurant back to Delaware! The staff were ALL so friendly and helpful and the food was so hot and fresh! GOOD JOB JACKSON TN and the staff at CAPTAIN D'S!!!"
