"Worst food. Cold, server was rude and got upset because I asked for extra salsa??? Never will I spend money with these non-authentic people. We were charged $55 for food. That was horrible service. That was horrible. The atmosphere was horrible. I do not recommend this place at all"
"Everything on the menu is always good. We have a christmas tradition on going to the mall, kids seeing santa and getting their picture taken. My youngest 2 1/2 started to have a meltdown so we almost didnt go In to eat. As soon as my little girl saw chips and salsa on the table, meltdown was over and she was ready for her usual. We love Los Portales!!"
"We have visited other mexican restaurants in jackson, but our stop here today was our first. Guess where we are stopping more often. The entire time we were there was amazing. We were actually appreciated by the employees, the food was amazing. Absolutely not a complaint from either of us.. Thank you all there today for such an amazing day for our Girls Day Out.."
