"The store in Jackson,TN needs a do over. New location, bigger store better inventory and needs a perfected checkout.process and trained employees. The store in Milan,TN IS bigger, better stocked but yet was still out of the item I drove 30 miles to get. The floor manager (?) Was gracious enuff to point in the direction of what I was looking for however it wasn't there. A warehouse employee helped me & found something I can use. I had items gathered but left them behind. Even their checkout process was backed up, with TWO people in line not counting me. This appears to be chronic with Harbor Freight."

"Love this one. I walked past an aisle and actually saw the manager dusting the products. I’ve never seen a manager anywhere take that much initiative to keep the store on point. He is always very nice and has a smile on his face. Great guy! And Cheyenne is very sweet!"

Our cashier KAYLYN was so very nice and had a smile on her face too!!! She was ery knowledgeable about where things were and an absolute asset to the store!!!"

"My son lost his toy in the store and the cashier was so nice and told him that if she found it she was going to save it and when we went to back ask if they had found it ....the staff had it and handed it to him. Its just a toy but it shows that the staff is so responsible and that they care about their costumers. My husband shops there all the time he always find what he needs Thank you so much Harbor Freight tools and their staff/cashiers ."
